Named for the relentless, day-and-night dedication the crafting requires, this spirit is an act of pure devotion.
True character and balance cannot be hurried. To capture the crisp freshness of the grapes and the distinct, floral aromas of the vines, we use a traditional, slow vapour distillation. This gentle method extracts only the finest aromatic compounds, ensuring a spirit of exceptional purity.
Because the distillation must be constantly monitored around the clock, producing this grappa is an intense labour of love and precision. The result is a beautifully balanced, elegant spirit that reflects the harmony of the elements.
